Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

To ensure Tutu Teddies runs smoothly and successfully, we ask that parents carefully read and agree to our Terms and Conditions. On registering a student online, you are automatically agreeing to Tutu Teddies' Terms & Conditions.

Fees

1. Invoices for timetabled classes are emailed before the start of each half term.

2. Payments can be made online or via bank transfer only. Cash transactions cannot be accepted due to Covid-19.

3. If your child decides to leave Tutu Teddies we require half a term’s notice. This notice needs to be in writing and given to Miss Alex. Failure to do so incurs half a term’s tuition fees.

4. Payments for additional costs, such as dance outfits or shoes should also be made through online transactions.

5. Payment should made by the end of the second week of each half term.

6. Tutu Teddies cannot offer refunds if a student is absent from class. Fees are not waived in respect of family holidays, school trips, school exams or short term sickness or injury. Instances of long term sickness or injury will be assessed on an individual basis.

7. If Tutu Teddies should cancel a class, it will do its upmost to reschedule. If however the class has not been rescheduled or your child has not received extra dance time the class will be credited the following half term. If a class has to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or lockdown restrictions, this will not be rescheduled or refunded. Online classes will be offered as an alternative if lockdown restrictions are issued.

8. If a student has been asked to leave Tutu Teddies due to breach of any of the conditions listed, fees will not be refunded.
